Chocolate-Caramel Tart with Kau Oranges and Orange Chantilly Cream

From the Fairmont Orchid’s Luana Lounge Dessert Tapas Menu, this incredible tart has a macadamia nut crust and melt in your mouth filling of caramel and chocolate. The orange sections make a delicious sweet and perky combination with the dark dense chocolate. Even the arugula micro greens and the viola on the Chantilly Cream were an amazing pairing of flavors

Even a touch of Fairmont Gold Leaf on top!
